Battery-grade manganese carbonate isn't defined by manganese content alone. For cathode-material production, the complete material profile matters: material identity, trace-element control, moisture, physical form, consistency and behaviour in the customer's process. Eryvium develops the product around its final application, not only around a headline assay.
Material composition: MnCO₃ identity, manganese content, assay basis and material consistency.
Trace impurities: Control of alkalis, alkaline earths, transition metals and heavy metals, plus sulphate, chloride and insoluble matter.
Physical properties: Moisture, particle-size distribution and handling behaviour, matched to the customer's process and held consistent batch to batch.
Documentation: Qualification analysis and commercial batch documentation, appropriate to each stage of customer engagement.
Numerical specifications are confirmed in the approved Technical Data Sheet and shared with qualified counterparties on request.

Eryvium's manganese-carbonate route is established within the company's high-purity process technology. The route applies controlled feedstock acceptance, impurity engineering, finishing and analytical control to produce a material profile suitable for qualification-intensive applications.
